Before founding Fractional Controller Solutions, Leah served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Boston, MA based Ariel Group, where she played a key role in the company’s success. For over seven years, she worked alongside the CEO to drive the company’s growth, overseeing Finance, HR, and Operations with a strategic and results-driven approach. She has deep experience in all facets of accounting, M&A, PE reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, audit and compliance.

Prior to working at Ariel, Leah worked at Interaction Associates in many capacities, including Controller, Accounting Manager, and Financial Analyst. Her career has spanned over twenty years and has provided her with experience in many industries. She also volunteered as Treasurer on the board of a non-profit daycare and later worked as their Director of Finance and Operations.

Leah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Northeastern University (where she also taught accounting), as well as an MBA from Nichols College.
